Another proof of mismanagement under McGuinty is the ballooning cost of full day Kindergarten in Ontario. On April 26, 2011 , the Toronto Sun revealed that the program will require an additional $1.5 Billion on top of the initial $1.5B spent. This revelation came directly from education minister Leona Dombrowsky in letter dated April 18, 2011 to the newspaper.
